@mrhorsetwat @Tfmonkey @VooDooMedic Baby steps are still steps.
@ButtWorldsMan Immensely based
@sickburnbro Why do people continuously ask LLM AIs questions that are factual in nature. The information may or may not be accurate.
I recently encountered a nonfiction audio book being read by a female, and I disliked listening to her read it.
This spurred my thinking to delve farther until I realized I prefer the male voice both for song and nonfiction works. If a female is playing a part in fiction, that is acceptable and often desirable, though not always.
I can guess as to the cause of this preference just as I can guess at my preferences in foods; however, males often have better diction, which is important to me.
@deprecated_ii Cockatoos are like toddlers mentally. You can have a blast with them, but you have to deal with their nonsense just like a toddler.
@VD15 That cat is NOT happy about having an iron helmet.
@Furgar No, they did not.
@Shlomo NaCN is used heavily in electroplating. Also, this may be a nothing-burger because it's now being claimed that the containers were just labeled with NaCN, but they were empty. Whether or not you believe them is another matter.
@Furgar This is ironically quite close to reality considering all the "bird flus" that precipitated massive culling events under Biden.
@deprecated_ii Very messy
@Furgar Parish'ners... more than meets the eye...
@deprecated_ii There is no comment about their fertility rate heading toward zero and how maybe that is more of a problem than the work culture. It is just accepted.
@Wolffkran @deprecated_ii Incorrect: Scarcity as such is a factor of being alive and the reason why we economize. Even if all resources were infinite truely, ala Star Trek replicator-style, we'd still have scarcity of the human life span.
Corruption is terribly rampant, yes; on that we agree.
@Justicar It is interesting that it's still roughly 50/50, but at the same time, given the population size and the the fact that the policy itself officially ended only 9 years ago (being replaced by the older "two child policy"), it's not surprising that the shift would be under 8 percent. In 2007, only 40% of people in China were directly affected by the one child policy due to various exceptions. The population of any human community, barring extremely strict enforcement will tend to 50/50.
@Elliptica @matrix @nepfag This is a good point. The superficial examination is merely about the age of those for whom it was popular. The secondary examination and eventual classification would likely follow your statement. The tertiary examination will be in the form of the cultural significance of the movements/thoughts spawned from each media epoch.
@RoninGrey @MrpoopyButhole This is also true.
Yes, I am THAT DoubleD.
No, I will not explain further.
