the problem with red pill and mgtow is that we can be perfectly logical about it, until the lizard brain takes over and turns us into simps with no free will. how are we any different than preprogrammed AI?

Maybe two robots could be turned into sexbots, due to the way their hips are set up. And sure, you can slap silicone around the skeleton but in the end, the face will be the biggest hurdle to figure out. Also worth noting is the size. In order to represent female sexbot, all limbs would have to get much thinner and torso smaller.
