I spend most of my day trying to energize myself, to be as productive as i can be(writing code). But evenings are tough because it is impossible to chill and calming down take a lot of time. And even though eating carnivore is the best WOE, if you can get your hands on dry-aged quality steaks at fair price, I found that having starchy carbs in the evening calms the mind down like nothing else. Like with any thing in life, you win some, you lose some.
I remember a Joe Rogan podcast, I would say in 2016, where he essentially talked about phenomenon of wokeness and I always thought that is when it officially begun. People knew about it before that, but it was usually just "underground" talk. But he brought it into light and I think it got publicly accepted on societal level from thereon as being the beginning of the decline.
You can respect only someone who is better than you. It's as simple as that. Respect is acknowledgement of someone's superiority. Not necessarily as a person in general, but due to some achievements, or show of strength. Whatever it might be, you accept you are lower in the rank and you accept the other's superiority. And there is nothing wrong with knowing where you belong and where you stand in the world.
Haven't seen GSP for a while. God, I miss those freat UFC days. Back when they still had the Face the Pain from STEMM as main theme song. I have not properly watched MMA/UFC for years now.
