I love Go. I have been programming exclusively in it for the past 6 years. But I am starting to think it is time to move on. The more I think about technical stuff, the more issues I am seeing with it. Though I am not sure if the large ecosystem of libraries, ease of development, fast compile time, large standard library, duck typing and great concurrency model can be easily replaced.
i had no idea lactose intolerance even existed until american tv and movies started to bring it up in the last decade. which makes me wonder if all that is caused by the way the usa processes dairy products, compared to europe. it is well know how different approach usa and europe have towards eggs, so there might be something to think about in this regard.
Having high trust society is not just about safety or cohesion of the society but also about having budinesses trading. I think GDP might have causational relationship with trust level in the society. Africa is a good negative example.
prepubescent boys shun out girls because they are annoying, weak, brittle, boring. boys are adventurous, they do things, explore places, build stuff. parents always have to force boys to take girls into their groups so girls do not feel left out. once boys hit puberty, they become interested in girls. i think the trauma of growing up like this, from girl's POV, is the reason they hate men for the rest of their life. childhood forms us the most and growing up being constantly rejected takes toll
i might use A over B because B got woke and i will accept shortfalls of A over B. but if A and B get woke altogether, and i am forced to use one of them, i will use the best one. so imagine if all linux distributions would get woke, i would use windows 11 because at that point, there is no point in avoiding it.

i talk a lot of shit about everything. essentially i am mostly complaining. and people hate that, myself included. but the problem is that i complain because things are broken and people got used to it. things not working or being of poor quality is the norm and people accept it. when i keep pointing it out, i am the bad guy. i just don't get how people can be so content in a actively decaying society.
