I predict that Apple will soon become the has-been brand. Like HTC, LG, Blackberry, Nokia... and they will get killed for the same reasons like the other brands - lack of innovation. Sure, they have the most loyal customer base but nothing lasts for ever.

i did my longest run today, 13.3km/8.3mi. 90 minutes. and for the first time i run pain-free. i was tweaking my running technique in the past week or two and i finally got it right. i also stopped underestimating hydration and electrolytes. i am really looking forward to running even more from now on.
