It's trying to send your super high res 48 mp images to someone and having them ask "what the hell kind of garbage phone are you using? These pics are awful looking!"

It's having to ask someone "hey we can jump on a call and go over it right now, do you have a zoom account?" and waste an hour as you handhold a 68 yo millionaire through the installation, signup, and setup of a garden variety app (and be grateful he's willing to go that far for you)

Apple gets a bunch of stuff wrong, but they SURE get that idea right - make things as easy and simple as you can, because people do not want to spend 10 calories of thought trying to get your tech greebles to do what they're designed to do.
