Back in June, I told a story of the betrayal of a longtime family friend who, despite having a notarized written memorandum of agreement with my business and I that would have given us purchasing rights for his shop equipment, not only sold out for cheap streetshitter bucks so he could retire (without our knowledge), but had the audacity to tell me to piss off in the wake of it. See attached.
We filed suit against him soon after, with a hefty demand in damages- beyond more than enough to ruin him. To give a hint, we discovered that he sold out to pajeet for only $725,000, which was well, well short of what we were prepared to offer, had he made good on his agreement.
Last week, he reached out in desperation, begging us to kill the lawsuit, claiming [in his words] "You know you're going to win this, right? We'll lose everything; I'll be ruined!". He went as far 'offering' us $25,000, which we all laughed at & rejected while on the phone with him. Paraphrasing this piece of garbage, my reply was simple:
"Well sorry, boomer, but it's just business; nothing personal. See you in court!", and hung up the phone.
The trial kicks off this Monday. We cannot wait to teach this piece of shit a lesson.
