The actual document is almost irrelevant. The English had an unwritten constitution that basically worked for 750 years.

Then they began to import brown savages.

Now, they can’t fly their own country’s flag in public and they get arrested for having unapproved opinions.

The actual constitution of a country is the whole of the people. If the people are civilized then any constitution will be fine. If they aren’t, no piece of paper will make them so.
