I just had the most exhausting conversation of my entire life trying to explain to him like a 5 year old why you cant do that

One day at work we had to fire a nigger for destroying shit with his lift. He drove the forks in to a rack of side panels. The dude over him that night wrote it, filed the report and that was that. We called him in the next day and I was like "Listen Roy, this isn't working out. I'm sorry but we're letting you go". This turned in to a nearly 10 minute nigger loop of him saying "I DOAN UNNASTAN DAT WAS LAST NIGHT YOU CAINT FIRE ME FOR SUMMIN THAT I DID LAST NIGHT AFFA YOU LET ME KEEP WORKING"

Truly they are 15 minute creatures

You can only have a notion of rights when you don't have a powerful group of people looking to shoehorn privileges into a shared set of values by abusing the term "rights"

Rights means "these are the privileges we all have agrees are beyond arguing over"
