On June 7, a black man brandished a knife at passengers on the Charlotte, N.C. light rail. No one called police or security. No one has been arrested over the incident. Last year, Ukrainian woman Iryna Zurutska was m—rdered by a black knifeman with a long criminal history while riding the light rail. WSOC-TV reports:
