The real question we should be asking is how can we all work together to create a constitutional amendment to be passed along with a bill of rights to protect everyone from ai data harvesting, the selling of peoples information, & establish rights of privacy? Our views on history & comparison are only trying to find relationships in what we are up against today.
We need to come together, develop a plan, follow the procedures, & present the written documentation in a written format that outlines everything. One specific not mentioned can be a loophole to undermined as AI can apply to every thinkable application as a resource, utility, or solution to it as a companion. So the list to outline is going to be pretty long!
