I've never like the "just use a vpn" as a final solution to deal with draconian laws i think it's stupid, naive and completely misses the point
As your local third worlder i have seen and dealt with beyond retarded regulations and while yes the government may be inept at enforcing them that doesnt change the fact those regulations are still there and You are still technically breaking the law which can be later to blackmail You or ruin You completely
Suddenly your country becomes a cloudy Mess where You have to intentionally play the system to not fucking starve a country that promotes being a scumbag and where everyone is trying to scam eachother

@superdave2313 Still think windmills are a boondoggle anywhere solar is viable, but I guess it can make sense in higher latitudes with lots of wind. Nuclear would be the way to go if I thought our current batch of engineers and government could handle the complexity but I think that ship may have sailed.
