A revolt is just a secondary possible effect.

The primary reason for the chaos is to bring the public to a state of sustained panic so that they can bring in their prepared solution, Digital ID.

I never really believed he was guilty, just incredibly damaged as all child media stars are.

While it's possible he was a kid-diddling pedo AND a hardcore antisemite willing to name the Jew, as time goes on and we learn about all the disgusting abuse Jews do to control children and stars like this, my remaining doubts are gone.

Plenty of adults who were children when they visited his mansion still claim today that he was basically a nice dude.
