After recent events Catholics would have justification to call out a Holy Crusade to protect the Church in Israel, and I feel many of us would join it.

@j An Israeli tank fired at the only Catholic Church in Gaza, the Church of the Holy Family, killing three and wounding nine (the priest among the wounded). Pope Francis used to call that parish everyday before his death. The event led the new Pope to call Netanyahu, and for the first time in years both the Latin and Orthodox Patriarchs were allowed to enter Gaza. It was historic when they entered together like brothers under the applause, kisses, and embraces of the people.

@irie When the IDF destroys the last Catholic church in Gaza, they will move on to the West Bank commence a campaign of destruction there as well. And after the IDF destroys the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and they will inevitably, we’ll see what the limits are for Christianity’s tolerance of Judaism.
