Does anyone know an alternative to Adobe Acrobat?

I know there's a lot of online and paid options, but I haven't been in the need to edit PDFs until now, so I wanted to see if anyone has already found a good option.

Ideally, I'd love an offline, free, open source option. But I don't know if it's exists. Google and YouTube only give me slop and normie reviews.

I want to have disposable cell phone numbers. Do you recommend buying cheap SIM cards, or is there a dedicated service where I can rent numbers?
