Sriracha update. Huy Fong vs Tobasco brand. Fong has the more pronounced chili flavor while Tobasco has a more garlic forward flavor. Both are about equal on the heat scale which I consider on the mild side. Tobasco is also slightly sweeter. No real winner. I like both.
