@nomebullyyou - I've been thinking about God lately. People often think of him as a man on a cloud. This conception is suitable for children, but God is so much more complex (and subtle).
God is the embodiment (anthropomorphized or not) of truth, justice, and love (among other things, I'm sure).
In my personal Paganism, there is no Messiah, and no need for one. The idea that God would see a need to incarnate as a human, has come to seem senseless to me. But to each their own. 🫡🍻
@YoMomz Even if Messiahs are real, Catholicism itself says when the real guy in on the earth he's obfuscated by dozens of phonies. We won't know who he is until hundreds of years after his death.
I love how the magi showed up once in the bible for Jesus and then we never heard about them again lol.
God is in your blood and atoms and every sensible person can hear Him.
Sometimes you need the right lies to act as bridges to the Truth. This is the basis of art.
And religion.
