The Pentagon has sent an E6-B Mercury to the gulf region, to rendezvous with the USS Ford strike group which includes submarines equipped with nuclear missiles. In case anyone doesn’t know, the E6-B is the plane which gives the command for a submarine to launch a nuclear missile.
