I believe the largest cause of lower black IQ is kike propaganda directed at black people encouraging them to blame the white man and demand free stuff from White men instead of trying to succeed by actions other than blaming the White man. And not being told that it is the White looking kikes that keep them down when the White man is blamed

There might still be an IQ difference but the difference would be much less without such propaganda because they might try to study

IQ is largely genetic. I know one black guy that is extremely intelligent. He has a Ph.D. in physics / engineering. He designs medical lasers. He was highly intelligent even as a child.

His dad was an engineer (he ran CAD on a 386 when I was a kid). His mom was a biologist. The brother isn't nearly as intelligent, and in fact, used to literally drool on himself.

Some people win the genetic lottery, some don't, and on average, race is a factor in determining the odds.

It is an outlier. Other black kids in the same community, and even in the same household, did not turn out the same, which goes to my point. Genetics play the largest role. Adopted twin studies show this as well.

Adopted twin studies do not prove that because both black twins go to public schools that tell them to blame the white man and watch TV that tells them to blame the white man whether they are adopted by white or black parents

Both twins share the primary causal factor of low black IQ which is propaganda to blame the white man
