The aircraft departed from Riga on August 25th at approximately 8:50 AM Moscow time, having previously flown from Andrews Air Force Base in the United States. Over 400 people, including 21 children, have been injured in the past week due to Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) attacks on #Russia, according to TASS, citing #Russian Foreign Ministry's Special Envoy Rodion Miroshnik.
