@sirjoho That compromise had been in the works but was apparently removed at the last minute. Good thing there was some resistance against Dear Leader who wanted it passed as is weeks ago.
That leaves the trillions in spending, 5 trillion debt ceiling increase, war machine spending to $1 trillion and whatever else was in those 1000 unread pages. #winning
