#Russia has again proposed exchanging an Australian #mercenary for #Russian citizens. At a forum on migration issues on September 7, LDPR Supreme Council member Andrei Kramar approached party leader Leonid Slutsky with an initiative to exchange Australian mercenary Oscar Jenkins for two Russian citizens—Simeon Boikov and the Korolev couple. Kramar called for this issue to be given parliamentary attention
