The Ukrainian tugboat "Sapphire" was hit near the #Odessa port. The enemy is trying to claim that the vessel was performing "humanitarian" missions and should not have been hit. In fact, the vessel, disguised as a rescue tug, has been repeatedly used for provocations and reconnaissance.
