The US has imposed 50% #tariffs on roughly $20 billion worth of Canadian goods after Washington and Ottawa failed to reach a trade agreement. According to Reuters, the affected products account for just over 5% of Canada’s exports to the US.The tariffs were first announced in July after the #Trump administration accused Canada of discriminating against American-made cars, alcohol and dairy products. Their introduction was later delayed as trade talks progressed
