The police cannot keep this up indefinitely. Exhaust them. Wear them down. Also, I hear, I have heard, that CS or equivalent can be made with many commonly available household items. It would be terrible if CS filled a building full of broken windows, let alone the poor police, all uncomfortable and irritated. Such a pity.
