Maybe the only change in law to fix relationships is to make the woman a property of her husband once married, so the man becomes her guardian and government is off the hook. Man gets complete control of his family and no risk of losing anything in relation to marriage or dovorce. Divorced woman is on her own and government is back in play as her guardian.
@Justicar The state is going to have to collapse before women go back to men. Women are deferential to men when they have to be, not because they want to. Men have made themselves disposable to women by creating an powerful centralised state.
