I completed my month of running 10k a workday. 200km. I started with 97.5kg bodyweight and after my last run today, without hydration, I weighted 91.8kg. I will keep doing this as it is not boring like a gym.

I invested in new shoes as ones I got in December turned out to be too small. Got puma magmax for 152e and Adidas boston 13 for 124e. Will buy Adidas switch fwd 2 again on sale in winter in proper size this time. Some running clothes and utilities about 100e. Not as expensive since these things will last.
