today was/is the hottest day of the year. not too bad. august is usually the hottest month where there is easily 38C, or more, outside. but not this year. the winter was mild and even this summer was quite alright. i thrive in low 20s but in general the day does not bother me. it is the night when the air stands still and you are unable to cool yourself, no matter what. so i am glad that is not the case this year. i love "global warming" or "climate change", as they call it nowadays.
