I had an accident many years ago where I lost my right testicle. As that happened while I was still growing, my left testicle got bigger than usual in order to compensate for the lost functionality (according to my doctor).

As you can guess, I have an unconventional anatomy down there. My scrotum is very high and tight, and my testicle is abnormally large.
