@Momther There should have been an option to marry both her and the princess. In the 3DS they correctly added the option marry Jessica since most people liked her a lot due to spending the whole game with her but it was still bitter sweet since Princess Medea is both both happy for you but still crushed that the one she loved since childhood is off with another woman.

DQ11 had the same problem, you spend the whole game getting close to Serena and Jade and then at the end it expects you to pick Gemma who is gone after the first 30 minutes of a 120hr+ game.
