@VeganMGTOW That is a creative strategy, to target the demographic who is already having sex. It will create different problems but if all they care about is birth rate to make more soldiers who are dependent on the state for survival this is an interesting way to do it and it might actually pay off.
@N_Y_SparkyOxCable Not really in reality what Is destroying the birthrate Is woman wasting the most fertil years studying and working doesnt matter what Govermment do if this doesnt Change only high birth groups like Amish and Muslim will overtake the place of All Urban people.
@VeganMGTOW I appreciate the new take. You never know what experimentation will do. There is an obvious answer that actually will cure the problem which we all here agree with, but I am looking forward to seeing the results of this, even if it is just as *one more* thing that they tried but failed because they refused to just TWRA.
