I dropped out of the professional world for this reason. You have to prove yourself so work twice as hard, but you’re pressuring women and under qualified diversity people so chill out and back off. No matter what they’ll be hired before you.
Now I’m self employed in the trades. Much better because free riders don’t want to work hard in lower status work so there’s no political bs.
