The Pinebook Pro: They built their own laptop, with blackjack and hookers
I hope it's a lot better than their pinephone, which was a $200 waste of money IME.
yes, I have both and the Pinebook Pro is as much of a joy to me as the Pinephone is a GODDAMN DISAPPOINTMENT. I take mine out of the drawer every few months when I want to be stressed out and have things not work. I'm typing from my PBP now. It's actually my most reliable laptop currently. It's not as fast as my i5 NUC but it's usable for browsing and watching videos and such. I've encoded videos in handbrake and flashed phones and tablets from it. I'm running Endeavor OS with KDE Plasma and X11 and it is responsive and reliable. Wayland runs slower but who cares.

@mitchconner @cowanon I've wanted to get a Pinephone for a while, but can't justify the cost to frustration ratio. My OnePlus Nord 200 5G running LineageOS is $80 and works almost flawlessly. I'll have to look into the Pinebook/pro.

I've been mostly satisfied with my Purism Librem11 tablet, though I've never used another tablet before. Way overpriced for what I got, though.
yeah can't beat Pine64 pricing Did you see how chealp the RISC V Pine Note is atm?
Holy shit, I could have bought seven of those tablets for the price of my one Librem11.
