No one ever told me you gotta be careful sleeping when you get old. Rolled over last night and threw my back out. There goes my progress towards a 225 bench press.

@RegalBeagle Dam that is so relatable I am almost 28 and 2-3 days ago I went to sleep and since then. I have pain in my lower back and it flares up every time I try to move 👿

@Stahesh You may need to flip/get a new mattress(depends on type). I flip mine every 6 months. Rotate it 180 every 2 flips to wear it in more evenly.

Deadlifting completely removed my lower back pain. If I can't get to the gym, standing toe touch stretches a couple times a day help. I'm not gonna be able to do either for a while though.

@RegalBeagle Yea it may be just old mattress I have it long time

@FinalDresdonation @RegalBeagle Look interesting.

I think I do not need this because I exercise whole body every other day.

One thing will ptobably be old bed and the other that I cheated on my diet 😈 So far did not beat my carb/sugar addiction 😢

@Stahesh @FinalDresdonation @RegalBeagle A good way to beat a processed sugar addiction is to phase it out with honey and dried fruit. Honey for use in recipes at a ratio of 2/3 honey : 1 sugar and dried fruit standing in for deserts and sugary snacks. If you're a soda drinker, try seltzer water with sugar-free flavoring liquid to start until you can get used to just water.

@DoubleD @Stahesh @FinalDresdonation Most of my soda intake is from mixed drinks. I've found a 50/50 of mixer and soda water is less sugar, more carbonation, AND reduces my hangovers if I go hard in the paint that night.

That's why I keep ratchet straps wrapped around my bed. Tuck in, tighten up, and you'll know exactly where you'll find yourself in the morning. Don't go too crazy on the chest or neck, though.
