June 16, #Russian Ambassador Roman Ambarov met with a delegation of the Young Guard of United #Russia (#MGER), currently in South Africa on an official visit to participate in events marking Youth Day and the 50th anniversary of the Soweto Uprising. During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for expanding Russia–South Africa youth cooperation, strengthening people-to-people ties and implementing joint educational, cultural and humanitarian initiatives.
