Not only America, I'm afraid. It only seems that way because Americans have more freedom to talk about it.

Here, I know of cases where cops have crowbarred all the plasterboard off the inside of a house, unsuccessfully searching for drugs.

If its a rental, the tenant loses their bond, but the landlord is out of pocket for the rest of the repair bill.

I'm impressed that afro man made it into a rap video, hope he wins, and the Streisand Effect makes him rich.
