Niacin bomb. It actually works. Flushing will make you fall asleep.
Never heard of using this. melatonin always made me feel super groggy. ... but it's been years since I tried it and I rarely have sleep issues these days.
Another thing that works is phosphptydlserine, but it can keep you from making enough cortisol the next morning to fully awake.
I do that with vitamin C when I go in the sauna. I tak niacinimide daily.

I don't like L-theanine it didn't calm me it gave me anxiety.
