Never heard of using this. melatonin always made me feel super groggy. ... but it's been years since I tried it and I rarely have sleep issues these days.

Another thing that works is phosphptydlserine, but it can keep you from making enough cortisol the next morning to fully awake.

I do that with vitamin C when I go in the sauna. I tak niacinimide daily.
