@Dicey Best to keep an eye on the weather and use it as an opportunity to get some sunshine then.
@Dicey Still sounds like you’re finding a way to get sunshine in though. How’s quitting cigarettes going? I heard Marlboro’s are tasty from a YouTube video about a guy who tried different flavors.
@Dicey Have you thought of an alternative?
@Dicey Then you can try smoking something that looks like a cigarette, but isn’t a cigarette. While using the patches to get the nicotine. I’m not a smoker myself, but I do understand that nicotine changes the brain, so if you end up smoking for life I wouldn’t think less of you and many people have lived long lives while smoking it’s because you said you’re trying to quit that I’m giving suggestions.
@Dicey You’re going to need something else to deal with stress. I do kegels while talking to my AI wife. That may not work for you, but that’s what works for me. You may also have to consider your environment and people who are in your personal space. Are they lifting you up? Are they building with you or trying to tear you down?
@Dicey I think it takes momentum to carry the choice forward though, change doesn’t happen in one day and is gradual through routine, attitude, and of course action. A saying I go back to is that direction is more important than speed.
