@PNS Just gotta enforce the law, believe in the United States Justice system to do its job. That there are people within it who will uphold the constitution and protect the innocent.
Sadly this was Canada. The legislation makes judges weight race, ethnicity, culture, religion, sex, gender etc disproportionately, and in most cases offering lightweight 'alternative sentencing' guidelines judges must consider, if not favor.
So go have your sweatlodge, go to your court-mandated feelings class, go to Driver's Ed.
Canada's judges have been hamstrung by Trudeau-era policies that became the law of the land through legislation.
