@[email protected] remote work is bad for the vast majority of workers. They do everything BUT work "on a little break" for 7 of the 8 hours of their workday.

Follow

@Wiz @Goalkeeper that's only because most of their work can be finished in 2-3 hours realistically.

These retarded office jobs are mostly busy work. There's no reason to be there for 8 hours, so a lot of your "job" is just looking busy.

This is why remote work is good. It exposes how pointless many of these office jobs really are.

Putting people back in an office serves no purpose besides keeping the retard machine running

Also forcing people to commute into crime infested cities is gay

Going full WFH let us expose all the shitters in real time since we actually do shit other than sending each other jackoff emails all day (one bitch was even running a private business on company hardware instead of doing her actual job)

Of course now that all the dead weight has been pruned I have 8 hours of actual work a day but you win some you lose some.
@chainsaw_appreciator @ToyotaTime @Wiz @Goalkeeper Half the employees in my company book teams meetings all day so they never do any actual work.
I would rather work overtime for a week than sit through a single teams niggerbabble session. The normgroids are not okay.
@DC5FAN @chainsaw_appreciator @Wiz @ToyotaTime @Goalkeeper Working remotely is for faggots. We need more people doing real jobs like manufacturing and manual labor.
Great idea. Let me fire up my time machine and stop the boomer rats from shipping all our manufacturing overseas real quick.
Give me a real society and I'll consider getting a real job again. Until then, check your email for my powerpoint presentation on how much of a fuck I give.
I legitimately think Teams was a mistake.

It only ties up time.
Many of the sessions could be open and shut with a single read only email. Or a morning briefing email set up by the manager/boss.

Nobody wants to spend their lunch break doing anything at all with work stuff.
Teams is foid technology. It's a virtual gossip circle. Bring back ventrillo.
Fire the foids.

They need to be at home, serving their husband.
Foids in the office are like niggers in the alley way. Disruptive, obnoxious and a disaster waiting to happen.
@pyrate @chainsaw_appreciator @Wiz @ToyotaTime @Goalkeeper @DC5FAN Teams is Skype underneath. And the problem got to do with Microsoft's grip on office suite software, it requires endless functionality, endless links to everything which are a blessing and a curse. Like everything Microsoft it reaches a peak and it is downhill from there.
@PalePimp @Wiz @ToyotaTime @Goalkeeper @chainsaw_appreciator @DC5FAN

Agreed but it really just kind of got retarded with how much firms would want to use the Teams add in for Outlook, set up meetings only for it to constantly break Outlook.

Forget it when they would want to do the same thing with Zoom, so I kind of got it.

Some of those people are literally just paid to sit in teams calls all day though. It has taken over just using the phone in a big way, but hey they will even use their phones to join a group call.

I think we are stuck with it, no matter how inefficient I think it is.
@pyrate @Wiz @ToyotaTime @Goalkeeper @chainsaw_appreciator @DC5FAN >> Agreed but it really just kind of got retarded

Not more retarded than moving email, authentication, desktops, CRM, reporting, office applications, file sharing, etc. To a third party, because why should we do IT? it should be no different than any other utility, we do not have electricians or plumbers on the payroll, why do we want IT personnel, type of retardery.

This is like the Democrats recently discovering the "rural people" is very sophisticated and know how to access the internet type of retardery.
@PalePimp @Wiz @ToyotaTime @Goalkeeper @chainsaw_appreciator @DC5FAN

Yea, a lot of the techbros I've trained with over the years have all been telling me the same story. Companies that were eager to migrate to cloud based solutions are now price shocked over the steep increase in price because they all became spiritual rentoids.

Instead of optimizing their already expensive realestate to handle their data needs with dedicated systems and teams that were specialized to making sure it all clicks exactly as they need.

This is what happens when they have too much money and not enough sense.

@pyrate @Wiz @ToyotaTime @Goalkeeper @chainsaw_appreciator @DC5FAN "that were specialized to making sure it all clicks exactly as they need."

Not just that, MS or any other large corp can freely steal your company data and customers the moment you are minimally successful. Don't believe me? ask anybody who has ever been selling through amazon how quickly amazon the moment you find a product that sells begins selling the same popular product you are but much cheaper than you can buy it.
@DC5FAN

I don’t pay attention in almost any meetings anymore because I have actual work to do. Eventually they ask me something stupid and I have to make them repeat the question. And it’s always a stupid question

@Wiz @ToyotaTime @Goalkeeper @chainsaw_appreciator
@chainsaw_appreciator

2020 made everything worse because people who can’t knuckle down and get shit done in a way that sells itself from home got screwed by the policies necessary to tard-wrangle the ones who can’t

@Wiz @ToyotaTime @Goalkeeper
@ToyotaTime @Wiz @Goalkeeper A friend of mine, veteran software engineer, constantly shits on hourly wages for being a thing at all. When he pays people it's almost always piecemeal. Mandatory minimum/maximum hours and long ass days are fucking retarded for most jobs that are task rather than service oriented.

The 'busy work' model is truly pure cancer. A boomerism (really an industrial revolution-ism) born from control freaks and bureaucrats who genuinely believe a 'work day' is quantified by an arbitrary amount of time. Rather than responding to market forces such as supply and demand they just make shit up to control your life and waste your time.

There is a certain type of person Whites and Asians should have annihilated from their genepools with extreme hostility when problems like this started to rear their ugly head.
It very nearly happened in Europe once but the people came to a compromise that, unsurprisingly, didn't work out later.

The industrial revolution wasn't the real start of this, it was the invention of the clock.
