The lower house of the US Congress has approved a bill on aid to #Ukraine and #sanctions against #Russia It provides for sanctions against #Russian financial institutions, oil and mining companies, as well as duties on all goods and services imported from Russia to the US in the amount of not less than 500% of their value. In addition, the bill provides for the allocation of more than $1 billion to "ensure the security and recovery of Ukraine"
