Free speech is tricky.
At what point is it free speech or it is a crime?
Or is it just someone lying about who they are.
I feel bad for police who are tasked investigating this nonsense.

@ArmchairEconomist01 I think it qualifies as harm from medical personnel so less a matter of free speech and more a matter of revoking a medical license.
