I get the value of rhetoric like this but they had been censoring raunchy DQ designs for years. DQ8 3DS is an early example, but anyone who cared just patched it, which was mandatory anyway to restore the orchestrated bgm.

@LittleTom ngl it took me a while to see the difference in those two pictures. Good luck translating that change in any meaningful ways in the pixel art.
@Wopu It's a lot harder to see on the pixel art and I think that's why they did it the way they did. I don't think the artists are happy having to censor it.
