you'd think if your game had a gun with extremely limited ammo to the point that ammo is a reward in secret areas and in safes and stuff, the gun would actually be good

If ammo is that scarce, may as well make it armor piercing, but hey I'm no game designer.
@Wopu @A_Small_Dog it's the only scoped weapon in the game I believe and I think it will punch through multiple enemies, but on the harder difficulties it can take several torso hits to kill and you're almost always better off using the suppressed pistol for stealth headshots
