Isn't there a way to cut of internet?
When it is time for voting. Cut all internet cables in and out from the building. Jam the wifi. So sick of this blatant fraud.

South America is insignificant on the world stage, their elections are only rigged by the despots and oligarchs of their countries that want power for themselves.
