@Zeb from little i have read, the issue was that he ignored court orders. an he is dual france-uae citizen so he made quite a fatal mistake by either behaving like that or going to france in the first place. the sad thing is that he expatriated form russia exactly for the same reason - refusing to censor people on vkontakte.
