developing a project alone, for years, following my vision was fine. but since i am nearing production stage and have to reach out to professionals to handle some things, i have noticed that getting their input on how i do things and decisions i made is really messing with my zen. i can't imagine how running a big company must be when following your vision must be close to impossible with so many voices and inputs you have to deal with.

You delegate all the other tasks to competent people down the hierarchy, you never micromanage their activities.
