@cowanon @Zeb They really aren't my bros. You have to be a certain type of broken to stomach that. Living in smelly loud Thailand would be miserable for me and what I was pointing out is that Russia is a really depressing environment for the ambitious and interested.

Do you think you could convince someone who is miserable and wants to leave to stay in the US with "but you have beautiful national parks". What I'm saying is life in Russia isn't nature and sightseeing. It's 1920 infrastructure in rural areas and ugly commieblocks in cities.
