What's the issue? She didn't shave her armpits?

@Zeb flashing bare armpits is not ok

anyway
i mentioned last week that vigilantes gets some value-add if you watched mha, this is one of those rare moments. the drugs and equipment knuckleduster uses comes from the same underground dealer that the main villain in MHA uses for the first few seasons. helps reinforce that the dark half of society isn't villains being bad guys, it's just "a half of society." one with fewer rules and more violence.
and then as soon as the idol part finishes, hard cut to a woman missing an eye with a ruined right arm limping down an alleyway leaving a trail of blood

the use of light here is deliberate: she's in the shadows looking at the light both metaphorically and physically. the entire series uses this visual metaphor constantly. knuckleduster is fell deeper in shadows to drag her back to the light

@All_bonesJones
There are fewer rules yes, but there is less violence overall as everyone quickly figures out their place in the pecking order.
In normal society extreme violence is always present, even for small mistakes.
Run through a red light or bother a woman in the park, a simple call amd the swat in on you with military grade equipment, arresting you for years or shooting you dead if you try to escape or negotiate.
