I had the same issue with final fantasy 16. Almost made the game unplayable.
I solved it by changing from the Nvidia geforce frame generation (DSLL) to the amd one without vsync or deactivating it altogether.
@Zeb I can’t use DLSS I have AMD card, but I am using FSR. I could try deactivating that and vsync and seeing if the problem persists. Thank you.
@Zeb Tried the fixes you mentioned, looks like they're not it for this particular case. But again, thanks for trying.
